European AI automation studio · since 2013

Your systems should talk to each other. Not through your team.

We connect stores, marketplaces, payments, shipping and CRM into one system — and add AI agents that answer customers and process orders around the clock. So growth doesn't mean hiring more people to copy data between tabs.

The problem we solve

The same wall, in every growing operation

Most growing e-commerce businesses hit the same wall. The store works. The marketplaces work. The shipping tool works. The accounting works. And between all of them sits a person with a spreadsheet, copying order numbers, updating stock, matching payments, creating labels.

That person is your bottleneck. Every new sales channel makes it worse. Every seasonal spike turns into overtime. And the moment volume doubles, you're hiring — not because you sold more, but because the manual work grew with it.

We remove the gaps between your systems, so volume grows without headcount.

Case: from 2–3 to 30–40 orders a day, same team

Oils Center · US multichannel seller

Oils Center — a US-based multichannel seller of oils and DIY products. When we started, the operation ran on manual work: orders pulled from each marketplace by hand, stock updated separately in every channel, labels created one at a time, payments matched in a spreadsheet.

We rebuilt the operational layer: product export and import across marketplaces, order sync into one system, shipping automation through ShipStation, payment integration with Stripe and PayPal, connections to Google services for reporting, and an AI assistant on the storefront.

Result: daily order volume went from 2–3 to 30–40 — and the same team handles it. The point isn't that automation sold more; it's that a 10× increase didn't require a proportional increase in people.

“From the first contact to the final stages, we knew we made an excellent choice. Very helpful, friendly and professional.”

The stack we work with

Ten groups — and anything else with an API
  • Commerce — Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart
  • Marketplaces — Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Google Merchant Center
  • Payments — Stripe, PayPal, Square
  • Shipping — ShipStation, carrier APIs
  • CRM — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, EspoCRM
  • Automation — n8n, Zapier, Make
  • Messaging — Twilio, Mailchimp, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp Business
  • Data — Google Sheets API, BigQuery, GA4, GTM
  • AI — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Perplexity, Whisper, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, RAG with Pinecone / Supabase
  • Infrastructure — AWS, DigitalOcean, Railway, Cloudflare, Docker

If a system has an API, we've probably connected something to it — and if we haven't, we'll tell you honestly what it takes.

The first 30-minute call is free. You describe the operation; we tell you what's realistically automatable and what isn't. No deck, no pitch. Payments via Stripe, PayPal or wire transfer.

Why teams work with us

Four reasons clients name themselves
  • We analyze before we automate. Automating a broken process just produces errors faster.
  • We work with what you already have. No forced migration to a new platform unless your current one genuinely can't do the job.
  • Since 2013, 100+ projects. We've seen how operations break at 10 orders a day and at 1,000 — and we build for the second case.
  • Remote-first, overlapping with US mornings. Communication in English, response within one business day, payments via Stripe, PayPal or wire.

About

A European studio, working since 2013

Proplat is a European automation studio based in Ukraine, working since 2013. We started building online stores and moved into what actually makes them profitable — the systems behind them. Today most of our work is integration, process automation and AI agents for e-commerce and service businesses in Europe and the US.

FAQ

What people ask before the first call
How do you price projects?

The first 30-minute call is free. Discovery and audit start at $900, implementation at $3,000, ongoing support at $500 a month. Exact numbers come after we see your systems — we don't quote before we know what we're connecting.

How long until something works?

A first automation usually ships in 2–4 weeks. Larger multi-system projects run longer, but we deliver in iterations so value arrives before the project is finished.

Do we have to change our platform?

Usually not. We connect to what you run. We only recommend replacing a system when it genuinely can't do what you need.

What if our software has no public API?

There's often a path anyway — scheduled file exchange, database access, portal exports. Less elegant than an API, but it works. We assess feasibility on the call.

How do you handle access and security?

Minimum necessary permissions, credentials stay on your side, and you can revoke them at any time. We document what we connect and why.

You're overseas — how does that work day to day?

We work remote-first with overlap into US morning hours, communicate in English, and keep a one-business-day response commitment. Most clients talk to us over chat and a weekly call.

What happens after launch?

External APIs change and break — that's normal. On support we monitor the automations, fix what breaks, and add new ones as your operation grows. Without support we'll still fix things, but as separate work.
