E-commerce development & automation

We build stores that don't need a person behind them — where marketplaces, shipping, payments and CRM are connected from day one, and volume can grow without growing your team.

Building a store that shows products and takes orders is the easy part. What breaks a growing e-commerce business is everything around it: stock that doesn't match across channels, labels created one at a time, marketplace orders living in separate dashboards, payouts reconciled by hand at month end.

We've been building stores since 2013, and the pattern is always the same — the storefront isn't what limits growth. The operation behind it is. So that's what we build for.

What we build

Four things — storefront, channels, assistant, B2B

Stores that operate themselves

Catalog, cart and checkout are the obvious part. The rest is what matters: stock synced with your warehouse, orders creating shipping labels automatically, payments confirming orders, customers notified without anyone clicking. People step in where people are actually needed.

AI assistant for shoppers

An assistant connected to your catalog and orders: answers product questions, checks availability, finds an order by phone or order number, gives tracking, handles returns, and hands off to a human when it should. The chat on this site is one of ours.

B2B and service sites

Not only stores: corporate and service sites where forms feed your CRM instead of an inbox nobody reads.

Already have a store? That's most of our work

Four ways in — none of them a rebuild

You don't need to rebuild. We add the operational layer to what's already running.

  • Automation on top of your existing store — marketplaces, shipping, payments, CRM connected to the platform you already use.
  • AI assistant added to your storefront — connected to your live catalog and order data.
  • Platform migration without losing SEO — redirect mapping, URL structure preserved, indexing monitored before and after.
  • Modernization — performance, mobile experience, checkout — without pausing sales.

Case: from 2–3 to 30–40 orders a day, same team

Oils Center · US multichannel seller

Oils Center — a US multichannel seller of oils and DIY products.

The operation ran on manual work: orders pulled from each marketplace by hand, stock updated separately per channel, labels created one at a time, payments matched in a spreadsheet.

We rebuilt the layer underneath: product export and import across marketplaces, order sync into a single system, shipping automation through ShipStation, Stripe and PayPal integration, Google services for reporting, and AI integrations on the storefront.

Result: daily order volume went from 2–3 to 30–40, handled by the same team. Automation didn't sell more — it meant a 10× increase didn't require 10× the people.

Platforms and tools

Six groups — and anything else with an API
  • Commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart
  • Marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Google Merchant Center
  • Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Square
  • Shipping: ShipStation, carrier APIs
  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho
  • Automation: n8n, Zapier, Make

We work with the platform you're on. Replacing it is a recommendation we make only when it genuinely can't do the job.

How we work

Four steps

FAQ

What people ask before a project starts
Do you build new stores or only automate existing ones?

Both. Roughly half our e-commerce work is adding automation and integrations to stores that already run — the other half is building from scratch with that layer included from the start.

Which platform do you recommend?

It depends on your catalog, channels, budget and who will administer it. We'll tell you on the call, and if what you already run is fine, we'll say that too.

How long does a project take?

A working first version typically ships in 4–6 weeks, then we extend in iterations — marketplaces, additional integrations, AI assistant. Automation added to an existing store is usually faster.

We're migrating platforms. Will we lose SEO rankings?

Not if it's done properly: full redirect mapping, URL structure preserved where possible, indexing monitored before and after. Some fluctuation in the first weeks is normal; positions recover. Skipping the redirect map is where losses happen.

Can you connect a marketplace we already sell on?

If it has an API, yes — Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Etsy are routine for us. For anything unusual we'll check the documentation and give you an honest assessment before quoting.

What does the AI assistant actually do for a store?

It answers product, stock, shipping and payment questions instantly, at any hour — exactly when a shopper is ready to buy. If they hesitate, it captures the contact for your team. Details on the AI agents & chatbots page.

Do you work with US businesses specifically?

Yes — our flagship e-commerce case is a US multichannel seller, and we work daily with the US stack: Amazon, ShipStation, Stripe, PayPal, QuickBooks-adjacent workflows. We're remote-first with overlap into US morning hours.
