API integrations

We connect the systems you already run, so data moves on its own — no CSV exports, no person acting as a bridge between two dashboards.

Your store works. Your marketplaces work. Your shipping tool works. Your accounting works. Each one, on its own, is fine.

The problem lives in the gaps — and that's where a person sits, moving order numbers, updating stock, matching payouts, re-entering the same data twice.

It's the most expensive work in the company: it creates nothing, consumes hours, and quietly produces errors — wrong SKU, stale inventory, a customer sold something that isn't in stock.

An integration removes the gap. Data shows up where it's needed, on its own, on time.

What we connect

Six typical directions — and anything else with an API

Marketplaces

Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Google Merchant Center: listings and inventory pushed out, orders pulled in, pricing and stock synced both ways. One system to work from, whatever channel the sale came through.

Shipping and fulfillment

ShipStation and carrier APIs: labels generated from order data, tracking numbers written back, shipment status pushed to the customer automatically.

Payments

Stripe, PayPal, Square: payouts reconciled against orders and invoices, orders confirmed the moment payment clears, no month-end spreadsheet hunt.

CRM and sales

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho: leads, orders and customer history flowing between your store, your inbox and your pipeline — with no manual entry.

Accounting and data

Order and payment data into your books, Google Sheets and BigQuery for reporting, GA4 and GTM configured to actually reflect your funnel.

Messaging and notifications

Twilio, Mailchimp, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp Business: order updates, internal alerts and follow-ups triggered by what actually happened, not by someone remembering.

Custom integrations

If a system has an API, we'll connect to it. We've built exchanges with niche industry software, supplier portals and internal tools that have no ready-made connectors at all.

When an integration pays for itself immediately

Six signs — recognizing two is enough
  • The same order gets entered by hand into two or more systems
  • Stock on your storefront doesn't match the warehouse, and customers buy what isn't there
  • Shipping labels are created one at a time — in peak season, that's hours a day
  • Your weekly report is assembled from several exports into one spreadsheet
  • Payments have to be found in the bank and matched to invoices manually
  • Someone re-types leads from email or chat into the CRM

Recognize two or more? The integration pays back faster than you'd expect.

How we do it

Four principles
  • We check what you already have. Half of what you need is often already sitting in your systems, just switched off or misconfigured. That's cheaper than building it.
  • We design the exchange, not just the connection. Which data moves in which direction, what happens on conflicts, how often it syncs, what counts as the source of truth.
  • We build for failure. External services go down and change their APIs — that's normal. Our integrations don't lose data when it happens: failed exchanges retry, and someone gets notified.
  • We keep it visible. You can see what synced and when, instead of trusting a black box.

How we work

Four steps
  1. 01

    Free 30-minute call

You describe your systems; we tell you what can realistically talk to what.

  2. 02

    Discovery & audit

From $900. We map the exchanges you need, check the APIs involved, and deliver a prioritized plan with estimates.

  3. 03

    Implementation

From $3,000. Tested on real data before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

From $500/mo. We monitor the exchanges and adapt when third-party APIs change.

FAQ

What people ask before a project starts
How much does an integration cost?

Implementation starts at $3,000, with discovery and audit from $900. The number depends on how many systems are involved, the data volume, and whether the services have usable APIs. The first 30-minute call is free.

How long does it take?

A straightforward two-system integration with decent APIs is usually 2–3 weeks. Complex multi-service exchanges with non-standard logic take longer. We give a timeline after reading the documentation for your systems.

What if our software has no public API?

There's often still a path — scheduled file exchange, direct database access, portal exports. Less elegant than an API, but it works. We assess feasibility on the call rather than guessing.

What happens when a service changes its API?

They do change. On support we monitor the exchanges and adapt the integration when it happens. Without support we'll still fix it, but as separate work.

Is it safe to give you access to our systems?

We work with the minimum permissions needed for the exchange. Credentials stay on your side, and you can revoke them at any time. We document what's connected and why.

Can you integrate software only we use?

That's what custom integrations are for. If the system can send and receive data in any form, a connection is possible.

Is an integration a one-time job or ongoing?

Building it is one-time. But the systems it connects keep evolving, so for business-critical exchanges we recommend support — so a break is noticed by us, not by your customers.
