The company was founded in 2005. They began providing Internet access services to the offices of Kyiv companies as an Internet provider Uplink, and cloud computing took place in 2012 under the brand Tucha.

About the company
Since then, hundreds of projects on partial or full virtualization of IT infrastructure have been implemented, and the regional network has long gone beyond Ukraine. Last year opened an office in Krakow and an additional one in Kyiv. As a technology platform we use reliable and secure European datacentres with a reliability level not lower than Tier 3.
Our services are used by companies and individuals from different fields. Among them are financial and insurance companies, representatives of agribusiness, manufacturing and trading companies, services, e-commerce and other industries.
Clouds are good for everyone.
We offer customers a solution to virtualize the work of individual software applications or the entire IT infrastructure of the company in the cloud. We provide mobile and distributed offices, management and accounting systems, web sites and postal services.
Everything that the user interacts with on the Internet is somewhere stored and somehow functions. Often, such programs and data say that they are placed «in the cloud.» And some part — in ours.
How came the idea and how it was created
We started business in 2005 with my wife and partner on all adventures, Katerina Sukhobok. At that time, most Internet providers did not think much about quality service. They absolutely did not imagine how to work with the client: «The subscriber, who gave you this number?» — this was a habitual approach.
We always had a slightly different look at this issue. For us it was and it is obvious that it is not enough to just do your work and that's all. Extremely important are the emotions that a person receives from communication. We try to use every contact as an opportunity to show sincere respect and interest, to do something good for the person and the business that this person does. Oddly enough, these seemingly simple things still have a wow effect. 🙂
Armed with this principle, in the first year we started cooperation with a number of companies, some of which continue to trust us in our tasks. So we do something right.
We planned the Tucha project in 2011, and in 2012 we began to provide services as a cloud provider. By this time, we came up with a team, luggage know, experience and unchanging principles of communication.
How much does creation cost
If we talk about the creation of the company itself, then in the beginning we had accumulated about $ 1,000 and a lot of ideas on how to turn them into billions. For this solid capital, we bought the first switch and assembled the first server to provide routing. There was not enough champagne. 🙂
The first clients were three Ukrainian Internet service providers. We bought a wholesale channel (from a dozen megabits) from one of the major operators and distributed it among these customers. There was a bit of money. They took out the office, attracted the first sales managers who were already looking for customers. So it turned out. I myself went to clients with tools and a laptop, connected them to our network — at first it was copper, and subsequently evolved to the fiber. Some customers who have been hooked up in our first year of our work, we are also supplying Internet channels now.
By the way, before New Year, my colleagues and I found and used as an art object the motherboard, which worked on the first server of our company in 2005. Now she decorates the wall in one of the offices. It all began with this iron.
What difficulties were encountered during the development
Probably we are the first who in Ukraine began to use the term «cloud». Therefore, the most difficult was to explain what we offered at all.
It was necessary to study the market all the time: to run webinars, to prepare educational publications, to answer many questions. Moreover, it is deployed as much as possible. It is clear to the entrepreneur what the useful clouds are for his business. So that he could count his superiority from clouds in figures — money.
That's how it sometimes looked like economic justification. The customer was interested in specific figures, based on his own indicators and plans:
As we all managed to better understand the benefits of clouds, the first customers also appeared. And there, the first colleagues appeared, the market was formed.
Which marketing was used
Interestingly, the very first customer came to us when the founder of their company read a brief non-commercial mention of us in the «Mirror of the Week» in the summer of 2012. He was our neighbor and just decided to go to visit. He liked the idea of «moving to the cloud», he almost immediately trusted us (for which we are still incredibly grateful) and we quickly concluded an agreement, transferred the data and programs to the terminal server and connected the office equipment. This company, now for the sixth year in a row, is our client and entrusts new tasks with the development of our business.
From the start, the best response was given by the affiliate program, more precisely, by its active members. The network of partners — and now a powerful source of promotion. We highly value relationships with partners and their contribution to our development. And in turn, we are happy to work for the benefit of business and partner clients.
Since we are an IT business, we mainly use e-marketing.
That best marketing is a «sundress». And this is a good product and excellent service.

There is something quite good about us, but the market is constantly evolving, customer requirements are increasing, as well as their understanding of what clouds can do in their business. New inquiries, ideas, needs appear. And this is great because it guarantees that the coolest accomplishments are still ahead.
True, there is something that I am proud of now — it's a rotational team, real professionals, who from the first (there are such) and for the current years of the company are joining, developing and contributing to the development of our common cause. The ability to work with people who are committed to their cause motivates me to find new opportunities for creating a better version of the future.
Your secret to success
It's very simple and very difficult at the same time — respect, high-quality service, quick response to customer requests and attention to the smallest details. We need to take care of people and think about what they feel from interacting with us. And so meticulous to approach their tasks so that our attention and care surpassed the most daring expectations.
In general, you need to work so that clients who come to the recommendation are grateful for this recommendation and are sincerely and confidently recommending themselves further.
About plans for the future

Perhaps the easiest way to measure how well we handle is to evaluate how much our computing resources actually consume. From 2013, we set a monthly increase of 7%, which means doubling every year. And they consistently achieved these indicators.
And in this year they were plunged and planned to grow 4 times.
We will accomplish this leap by infrastructure upgrades, launching a number of new services, significantly strengthening the team, introducing new practices, optimizing business processes and reducing the amount of magic. That's the plan we have.
